Pastor Jay Cordova is a second generation Filipino-American, who grew up in the South Bay area. He studied Biological Science at UC Irvine, then Christian Education at Talbot School of Theology. He has many years of ministry experience as a youth pastor, worship leader and young adult pastor.
He has just completed six years of ministry at Torrance First Baptist Church as Pastor of Student Ministries and Pastor of Family Life. His ministry objective is to serve the Lord in the local church in order to reach others with the Gospel both locally and globally, encouraging them to become committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Cordova is married to Teresa and they have two children Allison and Jonathan.
